Brooklyn-based Mir Omar has emerged as one of New York's leading electronic artists, blending dreamy, emotional compositions with technical precision. Influenced by Trent Reznor, Underworld, and Orbital, he crafts immersive soundscapes that captivate audiences.
Before gaining international recognition, Mir built his reputation in New York, performing as a supporting act for progressive house icons like Hernan Cattaneo, deadmau5, Guy J, and James Zabiela. His productions, including remixes for Airwave and Solarstone, released on labels like Pure Progressive, FSOE UV, and onedotsixtwo, have earned support from Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren, Markus Schulz, Aly & Fila and more.
In 2023, Mir made his European debut in London, followed by a standout set at Amsterdam Dance Event 2024 alongside Ferry Corsten, John O'Callaghan, and Aly & Fila. In 2025, he continues his rise with a debut at Luminosity Beach Festival, further solidifying his presence in the global electronic music scene.
