It IS Unusual

This was from a jam in 2006, with Derrick Dietrich,12-string guitar, Erin Meares, keyboards, and Scott Miller,  bass guitar. I later overdubbed the cello track because of bleed-over issues, but never got the files to mix it back in until recently. This was a fun session because Derrick and Scott had worked up some material themselves, and Erin and I just had to come up with some lines to go on top.

His work features curated samples, vintage drum machines, unconventional acoustic instruments (such as the lyre, baritone ukulele, Japaneese acoustic-electric peacock piano, improvisation, and randome chance. Mirroribis has been described as dark yet playful.
