Its so pulszing hot and its not getting colder
In the sun trapped room of the eternal summer
The beings of the outside world
Are getting further away

And this searing heat is not going away
I found myself working
Through the night
Through the day

At the desk of the carpenter

Im finishing this woodwork because I feel like I have to
All the willow trees Im carving them away
Because I feel like I have to
Because I feel like I have to theres no other reason why

And if the sun goes any higher
Then youll never see me alive
And if the light singes our eyes
You know there wont be any life
