Rudi had a dream featuring a deltarune newsletter where it showed a cutscene with papyrus, who was a bit more serious and or angry. But in the middle of it what she presumed to be Gaster came on screen, 
"i dont remember sans appearing but i do remember this. in their house a third figure came out who i only presume to be wd gaster. i feel like he was offscreen when he talked but i also have a design in mind "
" i feel like gaster had a small head with a slightly green-blue glass or metal construct on the left of his forehead (his right)
its implied to be some kind of medical support or theres a whole underneath or something
i think he had a lab coat and might have had purple somewhere in his design 
his dialogue was completely spoken instead of blips but i couldnt tell if it was tts or voice acting, it was really weird
i also think his dialogue text box had some strange effect like maybe some kinda purple glow?
he said smth along the lines of how he needs to conclude his experiments of how to cure his sickness/disease "

i made this in like 20 minutes so its kinda meh
