This is Miss Elaine Eos set from the stage she ran with the Headspace Collective at The Great Beyond festival in Minnesota 2021. Before the Delta COVID Variant was a "thing" in Minnesota we slipped in this outdoor event in late July 2021. Originally planned for July 4 weekend 2020, The Great Beyond took a whole new meaning in 2021 after the pandemic had taken hold on the globe. THC had been doing outdoor events since the post-uprising days of Minneapolis in June 2020, after George Floyd's murder. We knew we still needed to gather outside to dance together, and started with bringing people together to collect supplies and re-distribute them to the community.
Aug. 1, 2021, at the festival, Elaine played this set at prime time opposite the headliner on the mainstage, Regis, and just after a kick-ass performance from AutoClub in the Dome.

Many thanks to Sean Raya for post-production mastering and Intellephunk and Enemy Records for having Domeland run their chill area.  Dancing is a sacred right !(rite?)

Threads Radio Show - 4th October 2021

At the age of 10, Martin Matiske began mixing records and recording daily new mix tapes. Shortly thereafter, he met DJ Hell, who was astonished from the beginning about his interest in electronic music, records and mix tapes and invited him to interviews as well as DJ gigs, which is why he was allowed to play his first DJ set in 1999 at the Gigolo Night in Munich at Ultraschall. Performances at Union Move followed. At the turn of the millennium Martin began producing his first tracks with a drum machine and a computer. After a few years at the age of 15, his first single "Stars & Galaxy" was released on International Deejay Gigolo Records, which earned him positive feedback from Laurent Garnier, Tiga and ultimately, # 1 in Dave Clarke's Top Ten. Afterwards he performed at the "Pukkelpop Festival" in Belgium as well as in clubs like the "WMF" Berlin, "La Paloma" Barcelona and "Roxy" Prague, just to name a few. Accompanying this followed other publications on Frustrated Funk and Stilleben Records. In March 2017, Martin was commissioned as a remix producer for the new DJ Hell single "I Want You" and the remix was very popular nationally and internationally. In 2021 he reactivated his project „Blackploid“ and released his first records since 15 years on Central Processing Unit and Electro Records. Current Matiske releases are available on Moustache Records and Bordello A Parigi.
