Mischa Dash feat. KXNE - Insane (Radio Mix)

Passion, enthusiasm and a good dose of self-confidence. These three words describes him probably best. Already in his early childhood Mischa Dash, whose real name is Michael Fikus, discovered his penchant for electronic music and its fringe genres.

Year by year a love developed, which seemed to be for life. After a short time it was clear that he was not only fascinated by this music genre as a listener. Rather he wanted to contribute himself to make the development of this genre known in the greater Wuppertal area.

At the age of 16 he gained his first experience in the scene and was able to steadily expand his knowledge and skills, which brought him recognition and attention. Gradually his fame increased in his environment and he could show first club gigs.

"Not every gig was given to me, I had to work hard for some of them", says Dash.

In the following years Mischa Dash played in every club known in the city, but could also put his stamp on the scene of Dortmund, Düsseldorf or Cologne. His greatest successes came when he won two competitions against many other talented competitors.

The 30-year-old won the Open Beatz DJ contest for the pre-party with superstar Don Diablo at the Nachtresidenz | Düsseldorf. One year later he won the It's All About The Music/Titania Festival DJ-Contest at the Bootshaus | Cologne and recently the DJ Contest at Spring Break Island, Croatia. Due to his playtime in the best club in Germany, more and more requests came to the still young artist including a gig at the New Horizons Festival, Stereo Sunday, Noa Beach Club, Bootshaus Cologne and releases on SkinK Records, WePlay and Goldfire.
