Despite the usual explanation that we used to give to ourselves, the desire for exposing the external Liar, is conditioned by the need of exposing the Liar within ourselves. 
Learning to distinguish self-deception within yourself is unveiling the roots of deception in others. Thus  through their lies, their truth becomes obvious to us. When the truth is obvious you dont feel the need to prove or expose it anymore.
When the lie is whithin you, any truth may seem as a lie. When the truth is inside, you see the truth in every lie.

The New Beginning (Part II: Awakening to the Truth)
