For FrenzyPodcast no. 145 Serti created a one-hour mix full of high speeds cutting edge techno, about which he said the following: 'In addition to the set itself, I often try to push the boundaries in my sets. In this particular set, I aimed to find the sweet spot between a high-energy pace, minimal beats, and a vibe that is both danceable and dreamy. The goal was to create a sound that would be perfect for a club environment, while still maintaining an ethereal quality."

It's a little rough in some transitions, especially inf the first hour, but I really enjoy the set and thats what you get from a live recorded vinyl set, right? It's basically all vinyl except for one track that's just a digital release and one or two other where the record just costs too much.

It contains mostly my recent favorites and a handfull of oldschool tracks glued together with some 2012-era stuff that, in my opinion, make a good opening!

Glotzbach, a DJ based in southern Germany and resident for clocked collective, has been invited to the next edition of our mix series. He's known for his colorful approach to selecting music, mostly from the 90s and 2000s, and his commitment to playing only vinyl. His sound is driven by percussive rhythms, uplifting elements, and tribal infused productions that keep the ambience high and the listener in a moving state.

Full recording of my 5 hour semi-marathon in a secret location in Berlin two weeks ago. What a vibe it has been, this intimate space and excellent soundsystem really have something more. 

This set is a journey through my influences at the moment, having time to pass by a lot of different emotions and energies, hope you will feel it as much as I did.

This week we are joined by ABS8LUTE, a French music activist and passionate digger. As a groove lover, she enjoys driving her crowd into exciting techno storms with hypnotic atmospheres and percussive sounds. Outside of the DJ booth, she works for a better representation of women and people of colour in the industry. She does this by writing for music media like Mixmag France, by animating talks and debates on inclusion for the Paris Electronic Week, and by founding the Vénus Club, a collective of women DJs that recently took the French electronic scene by surprise.

Introducing David Becker, also known as Bekkler, a captivating artist celebrated for his unique sound. With a lifelong connection to music, he mastered the piano and drums in his childhood. As a child, David even sang in operas and began producing beats at the age of 13. Eight years ago, he discovered the allure of techno and embraced DJing, favoring vinyl to mesmerize crowds with his individual style. @Bekkler has played in various Berlin clubs through his involvement with the Backhaus Collective. His cherished venue is Ohm, a small yet special location where he had his first club experiences and continues to dance passionately today.

Growing up in the seaside town of Dunkirk in Northern France, NYMED’s proximity to the Belgian border fueled his love affair for electronic music. He began his own party series, "Conceptual Violence", to reappropriate & transform a once historical warzone into a place of celebration and joy: this eventually evolved into a podcast, showcasing a wide selection of Techno artists. After relocating to Paris, he launched a new event concept, "Toyz", as a move to revitalize and fill a growing demand for safe party spaces for other like-minded, sexually liberated queer ravers.

NYMED's sound is characterized by a love for old school 90’s techno with a no-frills approach: this revivalist sound has made him an in-demand artist locally at iconic French queer events like Spectrum & Myst, and internationally at venues like Paragon Broadway or Berghain. Fluctuating between hypnotic and sensual, his music production work channels his DJing philosophy while incorporating trippy melodies and sexually charged rhythms.
