The solo project of Keaton Khonsari (Razorbumps, Narrow Head), Semantix is the result of years in the Texas underground that Khonsari spent learning synthesis and production. Violent Protocol contains 5 originals and three remixes from DKA alumni Balvanera and Autumns along with Orlando's Mother Juno. 
The result is a killer release featuring raw, ebm onslaughts like our premiere today, "Viol8or".

The Hanged Man is the solo EBM project of Michalis, born in the chaotic underground of Athens. His music delivers a dark and angry response to the emptiness of everyday life, the greed of consumerism tainted by nihilism and crime, and the lack of solidarity. Combining the passionate honesty of punk with contemporary EBM, industrial beats, and millennial myths, Michalis creates a raw and DIY aesthetic. He is also a co-founder of Phobia Tapes, an underground label that focuses on EBM, industrial, noise, and dark electro music with punk influences.

“WOMB” marks OTTOMAN GRÜW’s first long format release and debut release on @x-img. This seven track album seamlessly integrates his varied influences, showcasing his adeptness at traversing the expansive possibilities of Industrial inspired electronic music. Ominous atmospheres and rhythms cross between EBM, Techno, Electropunk and Ambient, with infectious vocal elements found throughout. The album also features collaborations with like minded artists such as Prophän, Incendie and Lvcerate.

The idea behind “WOMB” stems from the enigmatic relationship we cultivate with the divine - especially in our times of global sorrow, where faith wavers or seems elusive. The layer of noise by which every track is surrounded echoes the yearning of souls adrift. This spiritual disquiet is mirrored by the album’s sonic exploration of body horror, dissecting the vulnerability of our physical existence while reflecting the pervasive anxiety of our own impermanence. Today on Meta Moto Premieres, we’re spotlighting a label from France: Vives. Marking their 12th release, we’re excited to introduce USHIJIMA and his Past Life EP. This five-track release will be available on both tape and digital formats starting May 27th. Today’s premiere is the track “Shin” — a dark, hypnotic piece with breakcore-tinged techno energy.
