With great pleasure I can announce a new mix release by Laurent Hô aka INGLER.
So glad to tick this off my list on HSR!
I have been a fan of Hô's music since the very early years (for me). With 'Industry Is My House' on Industrial Strength Records absolutely blowing my mind, I later went on to discover Ingler and Epiteth Records which has been part of my driving force behind HSR.
Artists like this are hard to find; Still to this day producing with a really dark and industrial sound. That in itself deserves respect!
Never got to see Hô preform in the UK - That is definitely something I would buy tickets for!

Really happy to be able to put out this mix by the boss man of Sensory Violation himself; Spliff Monk aka Hammerdamage.
I've been hooked ever since I discovered The Dark Shadow EP back in the 90's. For anyone that doesn't know: The music released on Sensory Violation is hardcore.... But much darker!

Walking down 7th Avenue on October 28th 2023, around 6 pm. Even though it's autumn, the temperature is high. It feels like summer. It's very humid and the street is crowded.
My phone (tucked in my pocket) starts to record on its own when I reach Times Square. 

The resulting one and a half minute long recording is the material for this particular soundscape, which I think captures the eeriness and the uncanny feeling I had that day. All sounds were processed on a Roland SP-404A sampler and recorded live to a stereo track.
