Diesel Recordings no. 325 is here and Lo Definition is back in the house with his tune 'Sudden Def': a stripped back, electro-breaks hybrid with a pitchy snare, arpeggiated bassline groove, acid licks and wonderful percussive elements. On the flip, the Perpetual Present remix takes the original plucky synth riff and layers it with his usual chunky drums and low end filth giving us a slightly more techy, driven offering. 
Two very different vibes on these, and neither to be missed.

Maria, known as Miss Mants, emerged as the trailblazing figure in Estonia's breaks scene, earning acclaim as a nominee for Best Producer at the International Breaks Awards (IBA) in Spain and recognized as a breakthrough producer in the UK. Her musical journey started early, steeped in classical training at the Tallinn Music School, honing her skills on the piano for 12 years. With a deep-rooted passion for music, she delved into radio and quickly transitioned to creating her own tunes, collaborating with local breaks enthusiasts.


Influenced by the sounds of early 2000s drum and bass, her musical explorations took her across various cities worldwide, from the hip-hop vibes of New York and Florida to Hungary and ultimately to the heart of breaks music in London. Miss Mants' experiences shaped her unique style, fusing diverse elements into her music, enriching the mid-tempo culture dominated by house music.
