This is my first liquid dnb mix, recorded at Pink Boom Studios in Milwauke, WI, U.S.A.

LIQUID SESSIONS-001

This mix for me has been a spiritual journey. I spent more time on this mix than any other. 
Surprisingly went pretty deep & tech-y for this one, though it wasn't originally my intention, the mix as per usual takes on a life of its own. It has a lot of deep driving grooves, builds and crescendos, and a sprinkling of funk. I've also been gravitating toward tracks with minimal to no vocals. 
The intro is from the Alan Watts meditation "Awakening the Mind", and in the background you can hear the Jonathan Goldman Reiki chants with the Tibetan Monks chanting the Reiki symbol for "Sei-He-Ki", which means "God and Man become One". The first time I received a Reiki treatment, my practitioner was playing these chants and they resonated with me. I eventually went on to receive my Reiki Level 1 attunement which has played a big part in my spiritual awakening the last several years.

Astral Child

Growing up in Milwaukee in the 80s, T-Dizzle developed an eclectic taste in music; rock, synth-pop, disco, dance, and hip hop. Music has always been a central focus in her life. Her love affair with house began in the early 2000s, when her brother introduced her to Three, one of the most influential underground nightclubs of Milwaukee.
After attending Detroit’s Movement festival in 2013, T-Dizzle was inspired and began learning to mix.
T-Dizzle plays a variety of soulful, funky, deep and vocal house (specializing in diva vocals), as well as a deep love for disco. When T-Dizzle is playing, you can be assured the dance floor will be poppin! She can be found playing house & underground parties, as well as many bar and club events in the Riverwest and Milwaukee area and also guest mixes on 91.7 and 88.9 fm. 
Her mission is clear: to spread the gospel of house and forge connections through music.
