Advice for the DJs, producers and artists of our community:
Don’t wait around to be chosen, choose yourself and back yourself, start that project / night/ label/ tune - there will never be a perfect time and you’ll probably never feel ready. Trust in your unique voice, even if you don’t know exactly what it is yet, if you keep going, you’ll eventually tune in to it. Also be patient with yourself and the journey- easier said than done!

About the mix:
I recorded this mix at home in the room in my house called ‘ the rave cave’ on a pair of XDJ 700s, Technics 1210s and an Allen and Heath Xone23. I really struggle with overthinking mixes ( don’t we all!?) and this one was no different tbh. I wanted to capture the energy, range and playfulness I like to bring in my peak time club sets and encapsulate a vibe I’m really digging right now. It’s heavily packed with hi- NRG house, cosmic proggy moments, plenty of breakbeats, tribal percussion,with a liberal sprinkling of trancey, euphoric chords and vocals peppered throughout. Big 90s vibes overall, although it’s about half and half old/ new tunes.

The warm up set I played at Motion, supporting the most legendary Sasha & Digweed and Nick Warren. This is my most requested and possibly most appreciated warm up set so had to upload it! The night was one I will always remember, was a huge moment to open up for my teenage heroes and there was such an incredible vibe and the place was packed with excited ravers from doors open. It's nearly two hours and starts chuggy and dreamy, picking up the pace as things progressed. And of course I dropped a few Sasha classics and golden oldies mixed with some new prog and trance x

As one of Bristol’s most in-demand DJs she has recently been called on to support the likes of Sasha & Digweed, Honey Dijon, Freakenstein, Christian AB, Saoirse, Sally C, Demi Requismo and Alex Kassian and played memorable sets at Love International, Block 9 Glastonbury, Boiler Room, Pikes in Ibiza and High Hoops in Manchester with kaleidoscopic guest mixes for Paramida’s Love on the Rocks, The Trip’s Tessellate and Daisychain under her belt.
