This is the second time I tried to sing on a postrock/ambient song and write some lyrics and vocals for it. I really love this genre and especially the music from the band Aurora is so inspiring. I'm grateful I got permission to share this.

Cover of a song by #TheCure who are one of my favorite bands and the first concert I ever attended! Robert Smith wrote the lyrics based on the story in a children’s book also titled Charlotte Sometimes, written by English author Penelope Farmer.

I like the magic of a song that was just born, so I share an unfinished version here recorded still being in the writing process.
I used to share this kind of "flawed" lofi recordings a lot when I started here. Back then I felt soundcloud was just a place for a bunch of music nerds sharing and exchanging ideas and enjoying music. Nowadays I often feel uncomfortable sharing things that dont seem to fit the new version and layout who seems to be more about presenting or selling yourself as an artist than about connecting and communicating. I miss the old times... (but still there are so many amazing artist here and I love listening to them :) )

art is not perfect, it's authentic, anything is allowed 
for me its just about catching a moment when you're caught in a moment

I came across the page of Natalie (Caught in a Moment) https://soundcloud.com/missx-3 and instantly fell in love with her voice and music.
