Will Clarke mans the controls: Making his Dirtybird debut in January with "Badness" on DIRTYBIRD 10, follwing up with "The Boogie Woogie" EP and lazer-snapping "808Frenzy" on "DIRTYBIRD BBQ - Grill$ons Revenge" collection, the bristly Bristol-based spandex enthusiast has enjoyed a beautiful summer with releases on Defected, Emerald City and Turbo and unforgettable shows across the US, Australia and Europe.

Returning to the label with the bulbous two-track EP "Turn It Up," Clarke does just that: Writhing in carnal groove simplicity, he taps into the roots of timeless, low-down, butt-wriggling house music with three obscene examples of strong-armed tech funk. "Can You Funk" punches with Breach-level hookiness, and Turn It Up does the loopy-loop with Dirtybirds trademark vocal trippiness.

On the A side with ‘Dazed’, VNSSA captures the perfect foggy dancefloor feeling. Moody bass pads, filtered vocals and melancholic melodies all swirl around the anchor of a substantially chunky beat. As you make your way through the record you are gifted splashes of hopeful acid lines, colouring your vision and bringing you one step closer to finding yourself in this vast dancefloor of swaying bodies.

The B-side 'Feed The Flame' is cut from the same cloth and proves itself as the perfect flip to complement the lead track, setting the mood for a dark look into her mind as a growing producer and professional dancefloor enthusiast.
