Since the early 80s fascinated by the electro beats and disco tracks of which I collected vinyl and anything else that sounded tip top...however it was not until 88/89 when we stumbled upon Ibiza...a particular tune and vibe stuck in my head from this visit - the track Mory Kante and the DJ?  Trevor Fung!  Upon my return back to my hometown that was it...started spinning and from there managed to get residencies at a couple of midland clubs, JJ's/Rumours/ Shelley under the guise of  DJ Manic. Spun alongside FABIO, ANDY C, TREVOR FUNG, FRANKIE VALENTINE, EASYGROOVE, CARL COX, RATTY, STU ALLEN, MICKEY FINN amongst many others.  Played at the infamous Shelleys and the ultimate Eclipse with Amnesia House and Pandemonium.  Aside from this visited many clubs and all nighters including some of my favourites such as Konspiracy in Manchester to Exodus parties in Luton.  I moved to London later on and played on pirate stations and organised my own parties from Woolwich to Old Street and from here had gigs in China, San Francisco and was invited to Cambodia and Thailand.  More recently have been involved back in the Midlands with a small but kool event called SMILE at the Custard Factory and played at the Warehouse for the Hacienda revisited nights amongst others and have been a regular on internet radio stations such as Piraterevival.
