Hello Hello Hello everyone!!

2016 was indeed a year of ups and downs, but I can easily say it was my best year in music, ever! So many of us put in the hard work to get ready for whatever 2017 has in store for us. I released an album and an EP, I played SXSW officially, played at Norman Music Festival for the 3rd time, and watched all my friends accomplish so many things. I give thanks to everyone I met, everyone who came to my shows, everyone who has bought my music, and everyone who has stood with me in these fast, changing times. 

This little ambient work is to celebrate the new year and to take time to relax before we go to back to jobs/school/whatever you are doing <3

Copenhagen-based duo Kilimanjaro make their debut appearance on Dark Clover, Origami Sound's imprint dedicated to the emotionally-charged facets of contemporary electronic music. 

"Bajkal" and "Don't Wait" are among the few tracks that have been growing on us with every listen or club play, standing out through catchy melodies and playful vocal snippets. Three fantastic remixers join in on the fun for reworks that bring new life to the originals. 

Aebeloe focuses on the groove to adapt the title track to his trademark blend of melodic techno, Dulcimer brings his own touch by turning the textures into a deep, minimalistic ballad and Sina does pure magic to the already infectious hook on "Don't Wait" through additional vocals, making it the type of song that gets stuck in your head.

Music Interiors

New York-based producer, composer and sound artist Nick Zanca has been releasing music under the name Mister Lies since 2012. The project began in a Chicago dorm room with the release of a four-track EP, Hidden Neighbors – over the years, his music has inhabited a specific intersection between intimacy and atmosphere in a maximalist mosaic of field recordings, sample-based textures, glitchy synthetic soundscapes and nocturnal pop songs. Zanca currently lives in Queens and is a founding member of the band Quiet Friend.
