I did an acoustic cover for the song "My Only One" by Sebastián Yatra.  I recorded this song for my 5th year anniversary with my wife.  Since I can't speak Spanish, I substituted the Spanish lyrics in the song with Cantonese lyrics from 暖男爸爸.

This song always has a special meaning for me because my wife and I actually picked this song for our wedding dance.  I was also inspired by the movie "Crazy Rich Asian" since Kina Grannis sang this song in the movie.  I decided to make a cover and record this song for a friend of mine who is getting married this Saturday.

This is a praise song that a friend of mine used to sing with me and my teammates when I was in Uganda for a short term mission trip in 2007.  My friend was a local Ugandan who was a passionate youth worker with a worshipful heart.  Last week, I learned that he passed away due to a brain tumor.  This song was my fondest memory of him.  I remember we used to sit in our team guest house, singing this song while he was playing this song on his guitar.  I recorded this song, and I want to dedicate this song to him.  I look forward to that one day when we meet again and sing this song together in heaven.
