Bob James Nautilus / Mardi Gras Tribute mix that covers Bob's Nautilus / Mardi Gras  tracks in various guises (Original form, alternate mixes or sampled).

"Take me to the Mardi Gras" secured the title of one of the most recognisable breaks when the song was sampled by Run-DMC in their song "Peter Piper" from the Raising Hell release. "Take Me To The Mardi Gras" has been sampled by loads of other tracks most notably Eric B. & Rakim's "Don't Sweat The Technique" and The Beastie Boys' "Hold It Now, Hit It" amongst many others. This is a project that I was asked to do I guess sometime in the early 2000's . It was a remix for a Bob James project . the idea was to take an existing piece of work and flip it . So this was my flip . I had Pete Miser come in and do some vocal snippets . I never knew what happened to the project but I did put a lot of work into this mix so I figured I would share it . Enjoy , Prince Paul unreleased series .
