Former Tokyo Olympic hopeful (now professional), Cyrus Ramone Pattinson, joins us to discuss his journey from a trouble-maker in his youth to successful amateur boxer and junior champion. 

His resilience journey has included working with his own sports psychologist who teaches mindfulness practices and he utilized apps like Headspace for additional mental fitness training and therapy. 

In the past he has benefited from use of medication and rehab for treating psychiatric and neurological symptoms he sustained after suffering a serious concussion.  

Cyrus’ transition from soccer to boxing also highlights key differences between team and individual sports which he outlines in this compelling interview.
