Our stage names are MiSZap and Bless Ismore. Miszap uses Ableton Live to create fully produced tracks that include stunning soundscapes, dirty basslines, and beautiful leads from organic and synthetic sources. She also provides live-frequency balance for Bless Ismore's live looping performance. Bless Ismore uses the program Plogue Bidule to create unique live looping experiences. He incorporates the use of his voice, samples, percussive noisemakers, and even a Tuba to create music on the spot with the vibe of the audience. Together, we blend multiple genres ranging from Reggae to Hip Hop to Bass Music.
We are an organically sourced, digitally minded, frequency painting team. We see “music” as a universal language and a compilation of sound- ANY sound. Our favorite way to make music is to record sounds from everyday life; to go on adventures and find common (and uncommon) sounds that most people just don't usually notice. After we record these sounds, we put our own spin on them through digitization.
