Singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Mitch Scott is a rising talent that’s poised to break through in 2023. Drawing influence from classic artists hailing from both sides of the Atlantic, Mitch channels inspiration from greats like Bill Withers, JJ Cale, John Martyn and Otis Redding into heartfelt ballads that merge confessional lyricism with raw emotion. Crafting a uniquely stirring blend of soul, folk and blues, Mitch imbues every lyric and melody with pure feeling.

Mitch’s musical journey began at the tender age of eight years old, when his father gifted him his first electric guitar. Formative years spent playing with bands in the local acoustic scene helped Mitch develop his instrumental chops, which lie behind the deft fingerpicking you’ll hear on Imperfect Symmetry, a four-track EP released in 2020. The next chapter of Mitch’s career begins with the release of a new EP, recorded at Miloco Studios with emerging producer Claude Vause, known for working with and recording for the likes of Sam Fender, Dua Lipa, Fred Roberts and Royal Blood, among others. A deeply personal document of his experiences to date, "Born To Stray" is set to introduce listeners to the next evolution of Mitch’s sound.
