My band Northwest was just winding down production of our self-titled project, set for release that September. At the same time, my capstone course at Ball State prompted me to begin producing new, original tracks. The project’s focus shifted slightly in terms of the sound, but from the beginning I wanted to focus on completely digital drum programming and relying on only myself for the completion of the prompt (this prompt being a set of recordings, either lasting 30 minutes or consisting of at least four tracks.) 

Over the semester, I proceeded to produce new  tracks that bled over into the first couple months of 2025. Some of these tracks have not been released as of yet, but a selection made it onto this project.

A good portion of the self-directed visual media of the project highlights clothing and materials and the way they intertwine with the sound and general ethos of ‘tramp’ .
