First, Kizenko explores the liturgical practices of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church and the Orthodox Church of Ukraine. She discusses how these two competing churches, both which can claim canonical status, respond liturgically in times of crisis. Second, Kizenko speaks about her most recent project creating a vesper service and how liturgy functions as a means to include or exclude different identities.
