he latest release to drop on the Saved Records imprint is a two track EP titled 'Perception’ from Oxia. A label long established as being at the forefront of underground dance music, Saved Records continues to source talent from across the globe, this time drawing on the French house pioneer for this most recent offering, due out on the 19th May. 

Oxia’s career spans over a decade and has seen releases on a plethora of electronic music’s most notable labels. His early musical influences reflect a large spectrum of music styles including electro-funk, italo-disco, new-wave and early remnants of the Chicago house scene. Fast forward to present, Oxia’s two track EP for Saved shows clearly how he masters the house and techno crossover and demonstrates how after so many years in the game, Oxia is still at the forefront of the international electronic scene, relying on deep melodic grooves as the key element in his production.

Saved Records has wasted no time in building a reputation as leaders in world class house and techno and is now a well respected and hugely admired independent label. Alongside label founder Nic Fanciulli, artists who have released on the label include Joris Voorn, Adam Beyer, The Martinez Brothers, Mark Fanciulli and Rolando amongst many others.

Tashs Movement Recordings continues its 2025 release schedule by welcoming Ilias Katelanos and Plecta for their first full release on the label. Following their remix debut earlier this year, the Greek duo now return with Living Dust, a two-track showcase complemented by standout reworks from Weird Sounding Dude and Jiminy Hop. Based in Greece and often paired as a creative team, Ilias Katelanos and Plecta have developed a unique sonic identity that blends organic textures with modern club sensibilities. With previous releases on Melody Of The Soul, Musique de Lune, Rubicunda, Songuara, and UV, the pair have become sought-after collaborators in the progressive and organic house scene. Living Dust continues their deep yet dancefloor-focused narrative, weaving grooves, melodies, and atmospheric sound design into a hypnotic framework. Their second original, Wont Let Go, leans into emotive territory, balancing warmth and tension with evolving harmonics and carefully sculpted layers. Taking on remix duties is Weird Sounding Dude, one of Indias most intriguing progressive house artists and a regular contributor to Movement Recordings. With acclaimed outings on The Soundgarden, Anjunadeep, UV, Mango Alley, and Sudbeat, his music has won the support of Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren, Guy J, and Above & Beyonds Tony McGuinness. His take on Living Dust pushes the original into darker and more hypnotic territory, driven by his trademark chuggy grooves and squelchy rhythms, while maintaining its emotional undercurrent. The second interpretation comes from Jiminy Hop, one of Russias most celebrated melodic and progressive producers. With a catalog spanning Juicebox Music, Univack, Melody Of The Soul, Meanwhile, WARPP, and UV, his emotionally charged style has made him a global favorite. On his remix of Wont Let Go, Jiminy Hop crafts a lush and expansive journey, fusing intricate percussion with sweeping melodies and a widescreen break designed for maximum impact. With two evocative originals from Ilias Katelanos and Plecta and inspired reworks from Weird Sounding Dude and Jiminy Hop, Living Dust marks another high-quality release in Movement Recordings 2025 catalog, uniting Greece, India, and Russia in a forward-thinking progressive showcase.

Kolibri Live LP, the debut album by PETRU KSS, begins its journey. This first release unveils two tracks taken from the album, alongside their remixes.

Genesis, bold opener, ignites the voyage with hypnotic sequences and raw intensity. Trieuoppa follows with shifting rhythms and layered atmospheres, balancing drive with subtle mystery.

The release also features a Ryan Davis Rethink, expanding Genesis into a deep, widescreen progressive house journey, and remix by An On Bast, infused with playful fluidity and hypnotic groove.

Planned for release in Q1 2026, Kolibri Live LP marks an important milestone for PETRU KSS: his first album, recorded in the wild landscapes of Corsica and conceived as a voyage from nature to space. Mixed by acclaimed engineer Hannes Bieger, and mastered at Calyx, it represents quality and craft at every stage. The album lands as PETRU progresses towards the completion of his PhD in electronic music – a statement that, even in an age of AI-driven creation, human risk, imperfection, and imagination remain at the heart of art creation.

Writing and singing has always been two of my favorite things to do since I was a child, and when I heard this Kolsch record it reminded me of what I love about house music. The strings, the keys, the overall mood of the record makes everything feel good and with everything going on in the world right now we could could all do with some positive vibes.
