N.O.S uses exclusively analog equipment for his productions, attaches great importance to rich balanced sound of high musical quality. So now the EP of N.O.S., which is consequently released on Genera41. It bears the name "Empire" - an EP title brimming with self-assurance, which, however, finds its justification in every single sound. Its ultra-dark techno, perfect for the mainfloor but peppered with influences that go far beyond the techno grid. N.O.S remains pretty ambiguous when it comes to categorizing his music, and that makes him an exceptional per se.

I was born in Brantford Ontario Canada July 11th 1963,
I'm a retired City Worker from The Brantford Ontario Works Dept of 34 years of service,
I was 9 years old when I started taking drum lessons with the Ontario Conservatory Of Music,
I taught drum lessons and played in a band that played blues, country, 50's, blue grass,
I started making playlists at the age of 12 years old (1975) Pioneer Turntable, Cassette Deck, Receiver & two 50 watt Speakers.
