Since the beginning of his musical career, Mix Mattic stood out with his unique music preference and approach to mixing/sound engineering. Coming from a different background distinguishes this Dj from those in Jamaica and Miami. Mattic dishes out a unique style to the local and overseas club scene, a fresh hip-hop and dancehall flavor among many other genres. 

Throughout his journey, Mattic searches for new ways to customize his mixes. 

Mattic brings unmatched skill to remixes, ending playout sessions and spinning crowds into fans. His inspiration includes a wide variety clear beats of drum and base as well as down south vibes. 

He often says, i wouldn't have it any other way thank god for blessing me with the passion i have for music not to mention the appreciation i have for the forefathers of music the dedication,blood,sweat and tears they gave inspires me to my dying breath, music is love and whats life without love. I live for the appreciation from my fans knowing they enjoy my work, whether it's to dance at a party or for lounging.

Mix Mattic was born in Kingston, Jamaica of Chinese decent. He began playing at the age of sixteen, his passion for dancehall, reggae and music from various cultures has guided him throughout his career. He started spinning in local clubs, events, producing beats and mastering tracks with popular artist. Shortly after his arrival in Miami, Mix Mattic introduce himself as a Jamaican musician to South Florida and his list of fans has been growing ever since. Now you will see him in private studios producing his beats and spinning at various venues leaving his footprints behind.
