If you live on the West Coast and enjoy House Music, chances are you're aware of the infamous Gene Lee. Besides being a hometown hero DJ, he's also a master in the studio and is responsible for helping produce much of the electronic dance music coming out of Seattle today.. Known primarily for his signature Deep House and Nu-Disco sound, Gene has taken a new musical direction after being inspired by the deeper side of the Drum & Bass one early morning on the Playa.

Once back in the city, Gene wanted to capture that emotion he felt that morning at Burning Man and called on Seth aka Grym and Rob Noble to help record a studio mix called "The Hero's Journey" which first shaped this collective of musicians, DJ's, and artist that we have today, DEEP N BASS.

This is the 5th and final mix coming from our residents and we can't thank you enough for all the amazing support and love we've received! We'll be taking submissions for future releases, both mixes and original production. If you feel your music is inline with the DEEP N BASS sound, please send us a message.
