For this track, I let myself be transported to Sierra Leone, where the vibrant voice of singer Sorie Kondi served as the starting point — a wellspring of inspiration that gave birth to an ever-evolving musical narrative. Building upon that, I composed a track where house music grooves flirt with African rhythms.
I then decided to sample a jazz piano, further emphasizing the emotional dimension of this composition. This piano acts as a brushstroke in my sonic canvas, weaving a narrative where tradition meets modernity.
This track is an invitation to explore sonic horizons, savoring the magic of an eclectic musical fusion — a sensory journey where musical boundaries blur, giving way to an enchanting harmony.

This set is a love letter to Hong Kong, the city that has shaped me profoundly over the past six months. Amidst its towering skyscrapers and neon-lit streets, I found inspiration not only in its vibrant energy but also in the moments of stillness that lie beneath the chaos.

Drawing on the essence of indie house — where groovy basslines, synth-driven melodies, and mid-tempo beats intertwine with echoes of post-punk and new wave — this set captures the duality of the city: its relentless pulse and its introspective heart. Each track reflects not just a journey of growth but also the bittersweet realization that every chapter, no matter how vivid, must eventually close.

This is more than a mix; it's a sonic time capsule, preserving the rhythm and soul of a city that will forever resonate within me. A tribute to the place where my passion for indie house deepened, and my creative vision expanded — and a wistful farewell to a moment in time that can never quite be relived.
