The bookends of DJ Deep's set were pretty cuddly—he began with his and Roman Poncet's sunny remix of St Germain and finished with Sterac's blissful "Osirion." But what came in between was quite different, a taut techno session that spanned eras and moods.

In the early hours of 2018 a duo of house preachers of the highest order was in control of the Ankali dj booth. Map.Ache and Sevensol aka Manamana hail from Leipzig where they run the label/recordstore Kann Records and if their debut Prague performance has taught us one thing, it's that the two know where the groove is at. We're glad we could share an hour-and-half long excerpt of their set, as the vibe they delivered is a supreme cure for the vicious frost outside.

Possessing a knack for driving rhythms and rolling melodies with an emphasis on acidic and jacking dance music, Brooklyn-based DJ and producer Justin Cudmore is fast becoming a highly sought-after talent on the world stage. His debut release 'Crystal' on Honey Soundsystem's HNYTRX imprint became what some call an instant classic and he's steadily followed the hype with stellar releases on Interdimensional Transmissions, The Bunker NY and ISNISNT. Plus, with his latest release in the 'Twisted Love' EP on Phonica White he's continuing to prove there's loads of dancefloor ready tracks still to share. This is only just the beginning for @Cudmore and the future is blindingly bright.

In the past few years Cudmore has grown from local selector to globe-trotting DJ with high-profile performances at Berghain's Panorama Bar and both Circoloco at DC-10 in Ibiza and Circoloco Halloween in NYC, not to mention his continued presence at The Bunker NY parties. Through these sessions he's captivated thousands with his acid techno and house, a distinct sound profile that's garnered increased attention from his peers and fans alike. 

For Cudmore's Impact mix he delivered a live recording of a high powered DJ set he performed at The Carry Nation party at Brooklyn's foggy rave cave Good Room on October 13, 2018. Enjoy!

Let’s call it a big warm-up. This week continues with this mix from Budino who will perform on the CocK Tail d'Amore Stage. CockTail d’Amore started in september 2009 rightfully earning its place as one of Berlin’s top alternative parties. The night happens on the first weekend of every month and is hosted by Discodromo, whose prime motivation is their passion for music, a passion they’re sharing with open-minded friends in a carefree atmosphere.

This week we welcome another Lobster Theremin affiliate in the guise of Grant! He's put together an ultra deep heatwave house mix for us that will have you leaving your desk and heading straight out to the nearest park or poolside to enjoy it properly!

Speaking with the main man he told us that he's got an upcoming album for late 2019 + another Grant ep & a camarade ep in the works. Also worth keeping an eye out for are a remix of a track by Malin Genie & Selidos coming out in November on berg Audio which you can hear in the mix ;)
