@Latmun is an exciting new talent rising to prominence out of Nottingham, UK where he holds a long standing residency at stalwart nightlife institution, Stealth.

“This EP was created with the intention that each track would serve its own unique purpose on the dance floor. A mix of peak time bombs, rolling synth ridden tools, and 4am dark terrace suited tracks with close attention paid to the groove.” - Latmun

Infectiously groovy, his unique take on Tech House is inspired in equal measures by Ibiza sunrise sessions as it is by twisted after-hours parties in London backrooms. This distinct flavour has earned him widespread recognition within the scene leading to releases on the likes of Lost Recordings, ALiVE, Troupe Records, and VIVa MUSiC.

Previously Latmun’s track ‘Who’s That’ featured on Detlef’s mix for the ‘VIVa Warriors Season 4’ mix compilation where it found support from many heavyweights in the scene and became one of the best selling tracks to be released on VIVa MUSiC in 2015. It is with great pleasure then that we welcome Latmun back, this time to VIVa LIMITED, with a full 6 track EP set to shake dancefloors around the globe from Birmingham to BPM!

Amsterdam’s own Black Girl / White Girl line up their debut release on Max Chapman’s Resonance Records with their ‘Tales Of Light’ EP, featuring the deep, whimsical and driving house cut ‘Crazy Joe’.
 
Since emerging on the global club circuit due to standout releases on Flashmob, Roush, Lapsus and Smiley Fingers among others, the Dutch duo have blossomed into more experienced producers and DJs who know how to work a dancefloor with ease. Plus, with early support from the likes of John Digweed, Riva Starr and Santé, they’ve gained valuable insight to continue their path. 
 
Now, as they grace Resonance for the first time, ‘Crazy Joe’ embodies the essence of their sound with irresistible rhythms and a playful nature that’s primed to be a club favorite. The track is inspired by a notorious NY mobster named Joe Gallo and the new release focuses on the art of telling a story through music.
 
“Storytelling is something we really dig and don’t see done like this very often in house and techno,” says Ty and Karin. “That connection between story, sonics, and spoken word was the main focal point within these two tracks. That, and an absolutely monstrous bottom end."

Premiere: Black Girl / White Girl 'Crazy Joe'

October has come! Another Ibiza season is finally over. We’ve seen big changes in the island scene, big legends gone, new players in tha house, but one thing has been steady: elrow Music’s delivery of big bangers. Almost in autumn, all the attention goes now to Amsterdam, where the electronic music industry is going to hold its larger meeting of the year: ADE. Amsterdam Dance Event is here and we, at elrow Music, want to celebrate it big time with yet another compilation, championing the best sound of the genre so far. This ‘elrow Music ADE 2017’ is charged with pure tech-house energy, and some of the most interesting tunes you’re going to hear in the Amsterdam meeting. The comp opens up with ‘Keep On (Original Mix)’ by Paul C. & Vincenzo D’amico, a debuting pair at elrow Music, who have delivered an energetic and steady mix, with a mysteriously interesting vocal line. Then, we have ‘Never Alone (Original Mix), by Spain’s Samuel Dan, a strong tune with an amazing synth line, very melodic and with a sexy vocal line along, perfect for peak moments in the floor. We must also highlight System2’s ‘I Don’t Like It (Original Mix)’, a track that resumes perfectly elrow Music’s line of releases of the past year: a strong bassline, great transitions, and a magnificent vocal hook, perfect for tearing up dancefloors. We also have ‘Los Pollos (Original Mix)’ by Britain’s Lewis Jimenez, a steady track, with a perfect tech-house groove, with a truly interesting, sexy and mysterious male vocal along the track, perfect for transient moments in the floor, that will surely keep the crowd hooked to the session. Then we have DJ Dep’s ‘Hidden Skills (Original Mix)’, a track with a very clear techno inspiration, but with the playful vocal vibe that you’d expect of a elrow Music track: strong, steady and full of energy. We then arrive to which is, without a question, the big highlight of this comp: Abou Samra’s ‘Emre (Original Mix)’. The Spanish DJ and producer brings an exotic extravaganza of tech-house, with an amazing progression, well placed FX and an outstanding exotic and dark vocal line, that will tear apart every dancefloor it lands on. The compilation closes with Adison’s ‘Get Twisted (Original Mix)’, a wonderful closing track with a lot of energy, a strong, techy percussion and some interesting FX. All in all, elrow Music is bringing another great set of bangers for this ADE 2017, that will surely be heard in many appointments during Amsterdam’s electronic music’s big week. Next up on Kaluki is a collaboration between Spanish upcoming DJ and producer, Daniel Orpi, and Italian counterpart, Mauro Venti, with their debut ‘Gee Masters’ EP. The pair have had releases signed to respected labels; Nervous, Formatik, Mr. Nice Guy & Material and received support from A-List DJ’s; Claude Vonstroke, Sidney Charles, Marco Carola, Eats Everything, and Kaluki head honcho, Pirate Copy, who has been hammering ‘Gee Masters’ in his sets all year. Kicking things off is title track, ‘Gee Masters’, a Tech House banger full of texture and rawness, from the squiggling synths to the coarse claps and layers of shuffling beats and chopped vocals. ‘Raw Sound’ rounds off the EP, incorporating raw percussive elements and a compelling groove for a fast paced finale.
