Skin Teeth drops the vocals and lets the Beats and Bass do all the talking and when we say talking we really mean shouting !! This gnarly monster of a track hits hard and cuts deep. Exactly the sort of track we've come to expect from this scene powerhouse.

Strange Rollers finish of this moody tale and put the opposite side of the story into the mix. There's a reason we have been so aligned with this versatile music machine since the beginning of our 11 year TDD journey and this sort of track is exactly why. The full on Acid attack will leave you nowhere to hide , wave after wave of twisted dark 303s and pounding beats mark the crescendo of this solid package, a story to be told time and time again.

Following a set of well received singles since the inception of his @archwayrecords label last September, @cardinalsounduk presents his first extended play project in the form of 'Focal Point' EP , a four-track offering putting his versatility up for display for a wider audience.

Speaking on the project, Cardinal Sound aka Frazer Robinson states: “Some of these tunes were born during the very first few weeks of the Coronavirus pandemic, namely 'Focal Point'. 'Focal Point' is one track I distinctly remember having the daunting feeling of uneasiness and anxiety looming over my head during the composition stage... which ended up as a very dark rolling track - doesn’t take much to put 2 and 2 together there.”

Included in the project is heavyweight club roller 'Hacienda', which saw favourable feedback from the likes of Sherelle & Hybrid Minds. Featuring a gut-wrenching subline and a catchy, jungle-esque piano riff line that is akin to lines found in the hardcore tracks of that era, 'Hacienda' presents itself as a simple-yet-effective set weapon for any DJ’s arsenal.
