My first single for my upcoming album “Fauna & Flora” is now out in the world.

„Don’t Forget To Breathe” was born back in 2019, in Berlin, at Âme’s studio with a rough idea from me and Jens Kuross, from that moment on I knew this was gonna be the track that pushed everything forward and set the tone for what “Fauna & Flora” was gonna become. Thanks to everyone involved directly or indirectly helping this track come to life. 

Special mention to Steffen “Dixon” that executive produced all the tracks in the album and worked tirelessly like it was his very own music and in the end it became. In the end it is.
It’s not mine anymore, it’s from everyone.

Don't Forget To Breathe

TL;DR - Fuck AI-generated music, making your own music, even if it doesn't sound as advanced as AI-generated music might sound, feeds the soul!

So, I've experimented with SunoAI and other music AI-related stuff for the last 3-4 weeks. 

Results? Yes, it makes better music than I currently make and will probably make for the next 1-2 years.

But honestly... it's boring as f*ck. At least if you have the drive and urge to create things by yourself. 

Music, similar to painting and photography, is art. No AI will ever replace the true human soul and touch behind the art. 

Yes, in terms of capabilities and skill, AI might be on the same level as humans, even beyond in some cases. 

But it's about the process—the process of creation. Creating means that I have total control over every possibility out there. I can shape/design sounds the way I want and add my own touch to it, so my inner creator feels fed. 

If I cannot control the process of creation, it feels like I am not living. 
Yes, AI music has its use cases. For example, if you need to have a banger tune for your travel video or whatever, it's a no-brainer choice. But if you have the urge to create something out of thin air, it will make you feel hungry as f*ck.
