After years apart, we've finally got the boys back on our screens later this month. What better way to celebrate than by marking another return, to the label of their post-breakout "Stash" victory lap. Aus, Belfast and Boiler Room: there's no place like home.

"Just" wastes no time locking the brisk rhythm into place before a wriggling earworm of a lead pans across the channels. Atmospheric swells are pieced by gatling-gun snares; the tension builds but never releases, making this a surefire precursor to the bulk of heavyweight set climaxes you're likely to hear this summer. As ever, the aural equivalent of 20,000 bicep emojis.

For the debut release on my own new label IPSO with Kompakt Records, I wanted to try something different. The new label, IPSO is for me to invite a friend or a hero, - someone I admire musically to do a collaboration.
I’ve long been a fan of limiting myself in the studio. 
Sometimes working with less equipment brings out the best in you, so for the first release I figured it would be interesting to experiment with this. 
Inspired by the danish dogma films, I decided to make a rule. 
As I’m not one for overdoing things, the rule is very simple.
We are only allowed to use one instrument.
I reached out to my friend and all time hero Michael Mayer to do the first collab. 
Other than being co-founder of the mighty Kompakt records, and signing me in 2009, he is a genius in a dj Booth and a great producer. 
He has always been a great inspiration to me, so we agreed to start of my new Label with a bang. 
I set out the challenge, that Michael should choose the instrument. 
As I arrived in Cologne, Michael had chosen an old Yamaha Organ. Funny side note, is that it is actually Jörg Burgers organ. Jörg is actually quiet the legend himself, but that is another story. 
Michael and I spent 1 day in the studio, and we had a blast. 
The outcome is 2 great pieces of music that I'm very proud to share with you. RELEASE DIGITAL & VINYL - MAY 20

Back in April, the fantastic Australian electro-indie band Gold Fields made their exciting return with a brand new album, 'Dalawa' - a nine-track LP that sees the group take a step back from their typical indie-pop sounds and dive headfirst into a more vintage, psychedelic and electronic sound.

Following the release of her epic 'Waves & Whirlwinds' EP at the end of last year - along with all the brilliant work she's put together under her Nocturnal Sunshine moniker - Maya Jane Coles has offered up her talents to the Aussie band for a remix of their album cut, 'Cocoon'. Her rework of the track is a sly and harmonic combination of pumping deep house and the blazingly catchy lyricism of Gold Fields' original composition.

Ahead of its release on June 21 via Haven Sounds, Maya Jane Coles has handed over the luxurious remix for a premiere.
