Hailing from Paris, @molly_music heads up the third release on Mexico's @km4punto5 imprint. Her newest EP, 'Favorite Cocktails', is a true-to-self journey of ethereal textures that cruise and guide you through a smooth landscape of luscious deep house.

In the EP's finale track, 'Palm Tree Right', Molly shows off her ability to weave together a variety of styles landing with this sultry deep house cut.

fabric, the cultural institution that has provided the backbone for electronic music within London and worldwide, today (06th September) announce the consolidation of 23 years of influence across the scene with a brand new label, fabric Originals. Drawing from the guiding lights of the genres that have been emanating from the club’s soundsystems and fitting alongside their already hugely established fabric mix series and Houndstooth label, the imprint aims to release special projects from the artists that form the present and future of boundary pushing club music globally.

To launch the label, fabric Originals today unveil A Day After A Night With U / Stars & Water, a new split 12” on coloured vinyl from hi-NRG pioneers @eris-drew & @octoocta .

Opening with ‘A Day After A Night With You’, Eris Drew draws on elements of 90s big beat with a propulsive twist, adding chest-rattling bass notes to anchor the track’s eyes-down 4/4 rhythm. The track’s throwback sensibilities push to the fore further with an infectious soul vocal sample and vintage feeling synths, alongside an almost spiritual mysticism that permeates the song’s skittering production and upbeat melodics.

Created in reaction to ‘A Day After A Night With You’’s dancefloor wonder, Octo Octa’s ‘Stars & Water’ takes on a much more commanding tone. Finding cues from a classic house sound, the track employs deft polyrhythms to build progressive energy. The track’s analog bassline contributes to its authoritative tempo before a beautifully spacious switch up leads the track from a high energy workout to a half-time wander through the track’s sonic oasis, before an ecstatic build towards a final climax.


Limited edition vinyl comes with an exclusive silver die-cut logo slipcase outer. A total of one hundred copies are available worldwide.

After beginning his career with roots in Drum & Bass, Russian producer Nuage shifted his sound to embrace a wider range of styles while maintaining an emotionally charged sound and finding a home on labels such as Anjunadeep and 20:20 Vision. For our 32nd Phonica Records Label release, we are proud to present four stunningly euphoric works from Nuage.

Kicking off the ‘Pink Television EP’ is the title track, a floaty and playful melodic House excursion that reminds us of Floating Points’ synth work on his ‘Crush’ album. Next is ‘Ninety High’ which swaps the four to the floor for an intricate breakbeat, highlighting Nuage’s history in break heavy music. A cleverly reconceptualised Disco vocal sample and subtly withheld synth lines are combined with a sub rattling and pulsating bassline.

Maintaining the breakbeat on the B-side, ‘Don’t Forgive Me’ recalls classic Trance and Progressive House with haunting vocal reverberations and a warehouse wall shaking bassline as the track meanders through tension and release of euphoric energy. Lastly, ‘Glances’ opens with a skittish Rhodes riff and unites it with rich and perky melodies that weave in and out of focus.

The first release of 2022 on Fatboy Slim’s @southernfriedrecords comes from Irish house and techno producer @monacosoyouknow. A 303 stomper, Monaco says “The dancefloor can be everybody’s catwalk at times, so I wanted to wrap an acid record in a Celine coat and see what happens”

Following a release on Dance System’s imprint which received support from Sarah Story, Skream, Jaguar, Tijana T and Busy P, Monaco begins 2023 on Sven Vath’s Cocoon Recordings before coming back to Southern Fried Records.

@olivetonic presents her third EP on LA-based imprint @sistersofsoundsos this month - 'Maintaining' - a four-track project exploring her own legacy in music.

The record's final cut, ‘U Already Know’, is a progressive, swirling ‘hype track’ paying homage to '80s and '90s dance music, building and softening throughout.

@sebwildblood invites @sistersofsoundsos co-founder @maddymaia to mark her debut solo EP on @allmythoughts - an introspective two-tracker for the dancefloor, fuelled by her journey through a challenging music industry. The record's b-side, 'Fembot Fashion', is a simplistic four-four slammer featuring the producer's own vocals.

“A lot of emotion has come out in these tracks. I made 'Fembot Fashion' when we got the Roe vs. Wade news in the USA, and at that moment, all of our work on championing diversity with SOS Music and throughout my time in the industry just suddenly felt pointless. I was so angry and happened to have a weekend to myself, so I sat in my little studio in East LA and channelled some of that fierce energy I was feeling into this track," says Maia on the record's b-side.

LA based, London found label all my thoughts join forces with FLAU of Tokyo for a collaborative release, featuring FLAU label founder aus, who producers original cut ‘Until Then’, with Seb Wildblood stepping up to remix the track. The release represents an exchange of sounds and perspectives and is the first collaboration of its kind for both labels.

With the cinematic and sparkling new track ‘Until Then’, Japan’s electronic music treasure aus awakens from its long slumber to showcase its unique realm.

The original works from aus arrives as a rich blend of instrumentation coming from a plethora of global influences. Unique vocals partner with deep synth swells and a chugging percussive groove. The vocals — recorded, destructed and re-synthesised — point to his interest in language as the track, tropical and floating as it is dark and distorted, engines forward.

Seb Wildblood follows upping the energy with rolling hi hats and added synth work before sprinkling a dusting of acid as the remix evolves further onto the dance floor.
