Deep house savant Tilman has been churning out soulful dancefloor heaters throughout his career, but on his debut album 'Tales And Reactions' he really comes into his own. 

Set for release via Fine, the label he co-owns with Johannes Albert, the new material takes listeners on a sonic journey through warm and emotive vibes. Here Mixmag debuts the funk-infused house anthem 'Chasing Rainbows', which sets the tone of the release with loopy melodies, infectious percussion and a soulful essence. Tilman is truly in top form!

The 'Tales And Reactions' album is set for release February 1.

Cody Currie takes the bounciness and stabbing chords of Christian James' "The WHIP" and reworks the stems into a swinging, midtempo affair. A full and fun bassline keeps the track moving nicely between layered hats and some trademark vocal sample filtering by Currie. The remix is a nice compliment to the rest of the record, serving as a loose, low-slung alternative to the faster originals. It's always nice to see another American label taking flight in the wax game, and Nicewon is here to represent the NoCoast.
