SPF 50’s Social Life EP, released in March 2023, offered refined peak sounds and atmospheric club tools that defied typical genre descriptors, and cemented him as one of the most exciting DJs and producers in New York. 

Further exploring the world conjured in Social Life, SPF 50 has invited three artists he admires greatly - Sam Goku, Davis Galvin, and James Bangura - to reimagine the EP. 

The results are stellar. Sam Goku delivers an ambient techno version of “Grove Map” with a rude acid line, Davis Galvin transforms “Body Concept” into a sub-heavy system lifter as only they can, James Bangura digs up a moody deep house groove in “Liquid USB”, and SPF 50 himself rounds out the offering with “Blind Fade”, a reworked track from the Social Life sessions replete with the deep atmosphere and understated moments he has become known for.

Masot is a talented DJ and producer from Chile, known for his unique blend of UK garage, dubstep, and bass. His standout release on the New York-based label Dance Data garnered widespread acclaim, showcasing his exceptional production skills and solidifying his reputation in the global dance music scene. Masot is also an unintended project, allowing him to showcase his evolving process as he works towards discovering his true sound.

The aim of this sound post is to convince Dimitri from Paris to release this track called "Deep Inside" which is a truly masterpiece of deep house / garage and probably produced in 1993. He only played this tune in one mixshow as far as I know. So please comment, and the more we want this tune, the more he might release it !!!

@timehri is a new platform combining forward thinking dance music with a unique cultural aesthetic to push the underground, whilst riding the wave for 100% Independent Record labels. The first instalment is the 'Future Horizons' EP by @theoriginalperception. The Moodswing label boss and underground UK Garage pioneer delivers three tracks with signature style and groove on his first full vinyl project since 2019.

'Know Your Name' kicks things off. Skippy drum patterns set the tone throughout, providing the bass layer for the off beat top end whilst the addition of a subtle sing-along vocal delivers the perfect balance -a head bobber for sure!

Timehri (tim-air-ree) – a Guyanese Amerindian word meaning petroglyph. Located deep in the Guyana hinterland and predating the arrival of Europeans by thousands of years, the Timehri have been used as a visual medium to communicate and symbolise cultural beliefs for millennia. West London DJ @td93-1 pays homage to his Guyanese heritage, continuing this legacy as a cultural aesthetic through music, via an alternate reality sometime in the far future.
