That Big EDM Mix 2023

Here's a similar mix to '24 Hours' but done in Cubase. See if you can name all the tunes in each one - even I can't bloody remember now as don't have the original Cubase versions now. Still was a lot of fun doing.. DMC could not clear it as so many samples, drop-ins etc used. Anyway... Whoomp there it is.Hope you enjoy!

Dancemix

I started DJing at School Discos in the early 80's, then after School started a mobile disco doing parties and stuff, then got into pubs and then club gigs.
Have worked the Hippodrome, Wag, Heaven and Ministry of Sound in London on my mid-20's and did Ibiza, Greece and Ayia Napa but got burned out and got quite ill.
I decided to knock off a lot of the club gigs then 'retired' from DJing.
Messing about on the Mac one day with music I created my first mashup for DMC (Disco Mix Club) in 2001 and they accepted the mix I sent in.

Since then I have been creating mashups and mixes for them, as well as for commercial radio and still a little bit for Ministry but like my early nights nowdays so don't do clubs anymore - enjoy the freedom to do what I do on my own time - yes I do sound old and I'm getting there.
when you think about the best DJ's in the world - Fatboy Slim, Pete Tong etc - we are all in our 50's at the time of writing this - and yet we fill dance floors the world over! Go figure!
It's because we have that niche skill of knowing now music is produced and manipulate that knowledge into creating something you can dance to.

Anyway, I hope you enjoy this page and my creations.
