LEN's sound is rooted in Deep House, but always finds a way to surprise, blending unexpected influences and emotional layers to create a vibe that's both dynamic and intimate.

Guided by a sense of movement, her sets flow effortlessly - fluid, deep, and always in motion. She knows when to push forward and when to hold back, crafting journeys that ebb and flow with a natural intuition. From subtle grooves to driving rhythms, LENI creates spaces that pull you in - always in the moment, yet resonating far beyond the night itself.

Growing up inspired by the raw energy of underground parties, she was drawn to the unspoken connections that music creates from an early age on. From throwing her own parties with friends in her small hometown to spending countless nights on dancefloors, LENI has always been deeply connected to the pulse of the electronic scene.
In 2019, LENI's path led her to Leipzig, where she became an integral part of ost:end - a now emerging club project that is more than just a venue. Rooted in a shared vision of music and culture, it brings together artists, cultural workers and Dus who are shaping new spaces for creative exchange in all types of forms.

LENI

After a long night full of glitter and sparkles, the best part is yet to come. We swing on our bikes, ride our way through the morning sun, still drunk with happiness and colorful pictures glowing in our heads. Once we arrive at the lake, we let ourselves sink into the cool sand, overwhelmed and exhausted, taking a deep breath of the fresh breeze. What a crazy journey this was, full of smiling faces and epic moments. 

Everything and everyone is ready, this morning is made to stay forever as a memory in our mind. Speakers on and off we go. Although we can hardly walk anymore, the sound carries us away so much that we are willing to even get the last drop of energy out of us. Damn, how good it feels to be finally free again.

Our next podcast by @lenilow  lets us think of all the good old days and makes us dream of even better new ones yet to come. Soon it will be over, we can hardly wait for it. If you feel the same way, let yourself fall into the music and enjoy the flow of life with us.

🌸 Fühlst du dich wohl in Leipzig? 

Oh ja! Leipzig ist meine absolute Wahlheimat und ich könnte mir keine schönere Stadt zum Leben vorstellen. Als ich vor 5 Jahren zum ersten Mal dort war, war ich direkt total begeistert und diese Begeisterung hat bis heute nicht abgenommen. Und ich sehe immer noch ein großes Potential in der Stadt und finde es spannend, wie sich entwickelt. 
Außerdem habe ich mit dem Ostend eine großartige Crew in Leipzig gefunden, für die ich sehr dankbar bin.

🌸 Welche Sache hast du diesen Sommer über dich gelernt? 
Ich hatte so viele einprägsame und schöne Momente - jede Menge auf jeden Fall. Unter anderem habe ich zum Beispiel gelernt, dass es ein gutes Zeitmanagement braucht, wenn man ein Masterstudium und das Auflegen gut unter einen Hut bekommen will 😁

🌸 Wie und was isst du am liebsten zum Frühstück? 
Mit einem guten Obstmüsli kann man morgens nichts falsch machen!

When the first rays of the morning sun pierce through the fog, when dancers follow the beat of their own glowing heart as much as the music, when distance and past and future are but memories melting into an inner landscape, we listen to music differently.

It is these magic hours that come to mind, while submerging into Leni’s journey into the deep. Kontrollverlust

Kontrolle ist eine Illusion und ich kralle mich an ihr fest. Umklammere sie mit all meiner Kraft, doch muss sehenden Auges registrieren wie sie schwindet. Wie sie mir aus den Fingern gleitet, als würde ich beim Tauziehen auf der falschen Seite stehen. Langsam aber beständig schwebt dieses Konstrukt meines Verstandes zu Boden. Ich greife noch einmal nach. Gehe wehklagend in die Knie und halte die Luft an. Ich spüre, dass es sich um ein sinnloses Unterfangen handelt, doch ich kann nicht loslassen. Jede Zelle meines Körpers schreit mich an aufzugeben. Es einfach zu akzeptieren und zu beenden. Ich kann nicht mehr, halte dem Druck nicht länger stand und gebe Schlussendlich nach. Der Ohnmacht nahe, ergebe ich mich meinem Schicksal. 
Im ersten Moment geschieht nichts. Keine Schmerzen, keine Ängste oder Sorgen. Ich liege einfach nur da. Still und stumm lausche ich meinen Gedanken, bis der schier unendliche Storm versiegt. Dann kommt ein neues Gefühl in mir hoch. Frieden. Ich akzeptiere was ist und was war. Mit diesem Frieden kommt die Freiheit und Glückseligkeit breitet sich wie ein Lauffeuer in mir aus. 

Heute haben wir LENI zu Gast. Die Wahlleipzigerin ist noch relativ neu auf der Podcastwolke zugange, doch hat sich mit ihren ersten Sets bereits einen Namen, als talentierte und ambitionierte DJane gemacht. Mit ihren KataHaifisch Podcast bestätigt sie einmal mehr diese Einschätzung. Ihr Mix ist von Anfang bis Ende fesselnd. Sie präsentiert uns eine  reizende Mischung aus Downtempo und Organic House. Sanfte Vocals liebkosen mit fröhlichen Melodien. Treibende Basslines shakern ausgelassen mit Percussions. Wieder einmal handelt es sich um eine rundum runde Nummer.
