Calm & Steady series

All tracks were uploaded between 05/2020 and 03/2021, almost all in 2021 and many within the past month, with the following older exceptions:

. . - Azáv "Brooke's Soap"(#14): 1 year*.

The other series (short tracks) so far are:
- "Hard-Fast-or-Nasty" (more intense/abrasive)
- "MiddleLane", and "Superdance" (the middle, or ambivalence)
- "Funky-Dub-Trap" (terminology conundrum)
- "Fantaisies" (for professional dancers only)
- "Minimal"
- "Dark"
- "BreakB-Jungle-DnB"

There is little overlap between them, mostly between: *
. . A) MiddleLane, Superdance
and
. . B) all other series

* Increasingly there is some overlap between "Calm & Steady" and "Funky-Dub-Trap", and between a bunch of others (Dark, Minimal, ...). I'm trying to keep it to the minimum, the overlap, tracks finding themselves in more than one playlist

El Suchi & Uniq bring us the mystical sounds of Latin America in this Shipibo chant. Shinitapon Maquina is the name of a pipe used to activate sacred medicinal plants and to clear dark energies. The Icaro, sung by J'ezpere Njord, is carried deep into the soul through hypnotic rhythms and captivating instrumentation from Guatemalan producers El Suchi & Uniq. The track is a beautiful manifestation of the intertwining energy of diverse cultures to serve and honor the healing powers of plants.

El Suchi & Uniq - Shinitapon Maquina ft. J'ezpere Njord

Something sweet from the RSH improvisation course. Three short musical watercolours and, perhaps, one fairy tale (the woodcutter Wang Zhi watches immortals playing a board game for what seems to him only a few moments; but afterwards he realises that many years have passed) which has been reworked in countless versions, one of the most famous being the Japanese story of Urashima Tarô.

Xiaoxuan Chen, violin; Xiaojingwen "Molly" Zhang, (nearly) all parts of the piano; Ekaterina Zhuravskaya, voice; Aleksandar Dimitrov, violoncello. additional tracks (synthesisers) + mixing + producing Hubertus Dreyer.

You can't see it because of the angle with which I took the shot, aiming down, but beyond those blocks is the sea.  To the left is the Mediterranean, to the right is the Atlantic Ocean.  No it's not Gibraltar, but a little bit further West. ... Actually I checked recently and it is further North more than West, I thought I was facing South when in fact I probably was facing the Atlantic ocean, which is why I suppose the waves were of a decent size where we were.
