06/02/20 -  I got caught in a moment today. Listening to the birds in my garden and thinking of Bob Marley on what would have been his 75th Birthday on Earth. I thought about what he did for mankind and how his fight for peace brought so much trouble to his shoulders. His music spoke volumes and we are so very lucky he came to Earth. I also thought about, what I wanted to portray in my music and what I want to bring to it to help others. The main thing for me is to bring peace to troubled minds. So I tried to capture the beauty & energy of the moment that I felt in this song. Its called 'Peace Fight'. Its intentionally busy, I wanted it to be uplifting, to capture the energy particularly and to represent our busy lives. To be able to put peace into the world we must find it within ourselves first. This is me finding peace in a moment of this crazy world. Its still a work in progress. This is the first draft #PeaceFight #MizTerrell #MiZWiZ #Miz77 #WIP

With a background in Choir Solos & schooled in the Cornet/Trumpet, Violin & Snare Drum, this is just a taste of the influences that have shaped Miz musically.
​Growing up in a family with a Dad who is a Northern Soul DJ, gave Miz access to a huge vinyl collection of primarily Culturely Black music. This created a very diverse musical taste in Miz, that centred around Soul, Jazz, Funk and Rhythm & Blues. Because of this early education, Miz’s friends often refer to Her as the ‘Musical Dictionary’ as there was never a song lyric she didn’t know or melody she couldn’t identify.

While at LEAP Studios, Miz became an integral part of the Team, as well as developing herself as an artist. Dwight at LEAP has been working closely with Miz to hone her Music Production skills and further Her development as an Artist. Miz has also been responsible for assisting LEAP’s Creative Team as a Graphic Designer & Creative, by providing filming, training and media consultation under Her Designer guise ‘MiZWiZ’.
