Advice for the DJs, producers and artists of our community: Don't worry about having a defined sound, DJing is ephemeral and fluid. There are many ways to combine and reconfigure music - find what is meaningful to you. Whatever the result, it will be an expression of who you are and where you're at. Learn the context and the history. And finally, something I'm still working on myself: meet fear with curiosity.

Djing since the early 2000s, Chachi's musical background extends much farther back, firmly rooted in her Venezuelan background and artistic endeavors. Her steadfast commitment to the midwest underground music scene has crowned her a local marvel.

After contributing and creating some of the region's most enticing productions, her new project Bless This Mess, focuses on promoting radical inclusion & proactive engagement through music and arts as well as showcasing Female and Queer talent.
