ABOUT "WE ARE CONNECTED"Looq Records is celebrating its 100th release with this massive package of remixes of the progressive house classic "We Are Connected" by label founders Jondi &amp; Spesh. Born out of the West Coast sound, the original 1997 release remained relatively under wraps until John Digweed came across a copy and began using it as a secret weapon in sets everywhere, eventually including it on an iconic Radio One Essential Mix (that same mix would also be used in it's entirety on the John Digweed mixed CD "Bedrock"). Re-release on UK labels Bedrock and Dorigen soon followed, as well as a critically acclaimed full length Jondi &amp; Spesh album of the same title, and a classic was born.This superb collection of remixes does what Looq Records as a whole has done so well for so many years - mix up and coming talent with established artists all in pursuit of its mission of entertaining people with the freshest sounding electronic music.
