imagine a few old friends having a Sunday brunch.. They have their instruments ready.  Somebody launches a theme and others join in...Just fun...I used mainly sampled sounds and worked them up into instrument racks to help them get that Sunday brunch vibe. And tried to get the jazzy harmony with it..I also used my own sampled balalaika bass to add some real room feel and that wood bounce.

I was looking into more reclusive rhythms and found this quite rare time signature of 11/16 to resonate with an idea.  As it sounds ambiguous I used a chord progression of just minor chords descending from Em to Gm in 3rds... and jammed bassed around it...

This is a short demo inspired by the flute improvising using the Japanese Iwato scale 1 b2 4 b5 b7. I find its tone particularly reasoning with solo type of carried melody....Here the idea was to make that flute slightly dissonant and a bit angry so to speak... Hence a beautiful French word, Emmerdé...

It is a short demo of an idea for a more dramatic piece...I imagined a leadership of a futuristic (or not) cabalt mine, in the middle of nowhere, celebrating great results, against the sound of slightly underage workers digging outside.  I used the more pronounced melodic idea, with lot's of bass.  It follows a kind of minor pattern but with quite some borrowed chords for more contrast...

For once I used a happy sounding Lydian and almost exclusively multisample instruments by myself  - ukulele, cymbals, my daugter's voice with various effects, some African percusive instruments...The main motif impro with Push.
