MKT Rec. reached release number Thirty-Five and label owner Markantonio is proud to introduce a new entry coming from Spain Rafa Barrios. This young producer based in Seville started his musically adventure at the young age of fourteen and has already on his trail a lot of releases made for important labels like Intec, Tronic, MB Elektronics and more. He’s now ready to take his music on MKT with a special EP called “Aural” including his four original tracks.
“Aural” is the first and the homonymous track of the EP and has a classic beat using ghostly pads combining the deep bassline and the gorgeous chord creating a melancholy melody Techno vibe.
“Clock Stuff” Dub mix is the second step of the EP where the drum elements are the engine of the track, the listener can hear perfect fusion of the upbeat snares and the open hi hats crashing on the rolling chords in background.
Third track is “Clock Stuff” again but in a special Vocal version, where dynamic groove and rounding synth are mixed together to create the perfect support for an essential vocal Techno trick.
“Lakirmaiki” is the fourth and last track of the package and is a nice jumpin’ Balearic Techno mood, where filtered percs and bass sounds took control to drive the listener in an endless music journey.
Not more words to say, MKT Rec. is still recognized as one of the best Italian Techno labels and Rafa is the right entry in the right moment at the right place.
