Someone had requested me to play the song "Nobody Home" by Pink Floyd. I'm the biggest fan of Pink Floyd so this was my pleasure. Anthony loves the rain so the runs I play in the beginning and end are intended to sound like rain. I hope you all enjoy it as much as I enjoyed playing it. This is a variation on Moonlight Sonata... I enjoy certain melodies and harmonies in this song... and love adding space to pieces...This song may seem incomplete to some listeners... but I like the feel of incomplete-ness in piano tunes. Melanie Monsters is a classically trained pianist that has been playing piano since the age of 5. Even in elementary school she remembers writing music and entering it into contests and was in every school band since fourth grade up until high school. After college, Melanie did a brief stint in a funk band and later joined the ska/ reggae/ jazz band, "The Amalgamated" and also the band "Unsteady" (ska/reggae).



Melanie has backed up reggae legends such as Ken Boothe and Errol Dunkley on keys and is currently working on a piano solo album of her original music compositions / original arrangements.
