Sublease is back with three tracks from three relatively new talents, each with their own take on deep, groove-laden house music. 

TERANA kicks things off with Connection, a vibrant deep house track that reflects TERANA’s mission to spread love through music. Rooted in her identity as a producer and vocalist, the track features her own vocals intertwined with driving grooves, hypnotic harmonies and bouncy progressions. 

TERANA was a part of the mixmasters retreat with label boss Steve Bug, along with the Swiss beatmaker Marco Weber who takes up the third track on this release - Stubborn Trip. Created in Ibiza, this track brings a deep, groovy low end and bright, flickering synth stabs, before developing into an expansive and electrifying vibe. 

Wrapping it up is Doomar with a sparkling low slung roller with squelchy synths and an engaging vocal sample.

Endemica presents a new EP — Soundscape This EP includes two tracks that combine the technology of modernity and the beauty of the surrounding world. Soundscape is a harmony of nature and technology. Using AI to create vocals, the track opens a melodic atmosphere framed by a soft bass line. It emphasizes that, despite the development of technology, we remain part of a living, rich world. Voyager is a dense, club track, saturated with electronic textures and atmosphere.

Following on from a very successful remix for the label in 2024, Dilby delivers his second EP of deep hypnotic house grooves on Sublease. 

Dilby's Without You EP features three fresh cuts, all infused with his signature dance floor flavour. 

The title track is a bouncy slab of house goodness, balancing driving stabs with atmospheric pads. 

Stay True is in a similar vein, tough drums and spacy washes with some classic house groove and dubby percussive synths. 

The final track, Elevate, keeps the vibe alight with more of the New Zealander’s trademark deep and slinky house and  including a massive breakdown.
