RADARHORIZON

RADARHORIZON is a serial of RADIORADAR prologues. There are soundscapes and talks about old geographies and new ones, visions and no future, contemporary conversations in light of the current festivals of TRANSMEDIALE and CLUB TRANSMEDIALE in several parts. 

Within the first part of RADARHORIZON there is a talk with Ayse Buchara about education and literacy, another one with Golo Föllmer about the visions and development of broadcasting and radio in the foreseeable future as well as some sound excerpts from TRANSMEDIALE 2016.
Moreover there are music & sounds by Rupert Huber, Roberto Paci-Dalò, ml-philippsen and field recordings of a sound installation by FM Einheit for  TRANSMEDIALE 2016.

The second part of RADARHORIZON is presenting a talk in german with Christof Kaldonek about the archives and archiving, the remembrance of West-Berlin in the eighties of last century, is broadcasting in the last third a big part of a recording of the very first "Anxious to Act / Anxious to Share" Hybrid Event from the TRANSMEDIALE16 score: Re-examining Global.Ports - with Geheimagentur, Nicholas Anastasopoulos and Oliver Lerone Schultz. 

The soundscape of the RADIOHORIZON part 2 is made and played by Sarah Washington, Knut Aufermann and mlphilippsen.
