Daily Drops

This is a bit of an excursion from my more contemporary fusion and sound-track material. Touching on an well known classic jazz-blues swing tune written  and originally performed by the great jazz pianist Thelonius Monk. Countless versions and renditions of this fun swinging tune have been done in the past, many by some of the world's great musicians. 
This is just me, with the addition of some wonderful saxophone work played by Georg Boehme (as soloist and multi-horn band).

"It's been a while" (12 days now) and listening now, I think about the original motivation for the title: doing chores at home, walking into a room and I'm suddenly completely forgotten what I was about to do. So I start doing something else and so on and so on and usually I end up doing multiple things at once, not even aware of the world but 100% captivated by all these side quests. I love it! Almost chaos, but well organised.

I am still looking, trying and experimenting, I really like electronic ambient for many years, but it only works as a live percussionist. In short, nothing is black or white:)
In today's hectic world I need quiet sounds and the vast majority of songs created at night, so are my compositions such as they are.

My tracks is based on the absolute freedom of the use of sound. Arises as if I painted a picture. In the head is the base, and then adding the details here and there.
As well as if I were his music told the story.
