This the result of 2 sessions at a writerscamp; The Voyagers worked with Haris to get the nice break with amazing vocals. And I worked with The Voyagers on the catchy groovy drop. Really happy with this track, the drop melody might be the one of the most catchy melody's I ever wrote and I love the fresh input by The Voyagers. The ‘Toolroom Live’ albums are opportunities for us to highlight our key artists, present new tracks, and give you a taste of the live experience. ‘Toolroom Live 01’ takes you from underground House music right through to main room Techno, emphasising the vast musical spectrum we are privileged to occupy and shining a spotlight on the three core artists who will be leading our label into the next ten years.

No longer an obscure name, Weiss hit the charts with ‘My Sister’ being played by everyone from Loco Dice to Groove Armada. As with this track, his mix on ‘Toolroom Live 01’ is created by and for the lover of real House music, referencing the past and looking to the future. Featuring tracks by the likes of MK, Hot Since 82, Harry Romero, Bontan, Tube & Berger and Doorly, alongside a brand new exclusive from Weiss himself, ‘I Believe’, this is a mix that’s all about craftsmanship; it’s about the emotions that the tracks evoke; it’s about a great passion for House music. 

At the other end of the spectrum, Adrian Hour is no stranger to this ethos. Well regarded by the likes of Carl Cox and the Suara team for his jaw dropping productions, he infuses his tracks and Toolroom Live mix with an indescribable quality. Adrian Hour deftly weaves his way through the many shades of techno, incorporating new tracks from Pirupa, Erik Hagleton and Coyu & Ramiro Lopez, as well as huge exclusives from himself, D-Unity, Montenegro and more.

Finally, Mark Knight ties the album together with his ability to make memorable main room House music and his talent for creating moments that are reminisced about for months, even years, after the event – and this is the focus of his Toolroom Live mix:

MMEE’s musical journey began in 2011 when he was first introduced to electronic music through the vibrant commercial nightlife scene of Shanghai, China, a city he grew up in for many years. His move to London in 2015 changed everything. Immersing himself in the underground scene, he discovered a true sense of belonging amidst the raw rhythms of UK Garage, Jungle, DnB, Breaks, and 140. This pivotal experience became the foundation of his unique sonic identity, setting the stage for everything that followed.

This evolution is clear in his 2025 release on the Feed the Dragon label, ‘Headtop’ featuring legendary Grime MC, Killa P, which soared to #1 on the Beatport Breaks / Breakbeat / UK Bass Top 100 Chart. Not to mention additional chart-topping success on labels such as Maraki Records, en83, Southpoint Introducing, Yosh and more. With support from the likes of My Nu Leng, Om Unit, Dread MC, Scratcha and Sarah Story, just to name a few, and features on BBC Radio 1, Boiler Room, Rinse FM, NTS Radio, Keep Hush and SWU.FM, MMEE has no intention of stopping any time soon. 

A household name in Hong Kong’s underground bass music scene, MMEE performed his debut set at Clockenflap Festival in 2023. Most recently, he has supported the likes of Interplanetary Criminal, MPH, Sam Binga and P-rallel, and regularly performs at Feed the Dragon, Umami, Dark Metaz, and a host of other events across the city. Not to mention showcasing his sound abroad in Taiwan and Vietnam.
